Doing Something
Time is moving quicker than it ever has before. There is so much going on. What do you want?
Time is moving quicker than it ever has before. There is so much going on.
The documentary and album have been out for almost a month. If you haven’t seen it, you can watch it HERE (keep scrolling until you see VOICES OF FREEDOM). You can listen to the album HERE.
If after watching the doc or listening to the music you feel like reaching out, please do. I am always here to talk.
I was thinking of things I should say at this time, and I don’t really know what. But some of these ideas came to mind:
Every Ukrainian remembers the date February 24th, 2022.
If you value being able to choose everything in your life, having options, being free, being safe and secure, then you understand, that we remember this date because it signifies the opposite. This date signifies the destruction of freedom, safety, security – the destruction of life.
Our grandparents and great-grandparents fought for their freedom, so that we could exist, and not only exist, but thrive in a world where we had enough food, shelter, and so that we could choose just about everything in our lives – so we could be free, safe and secure.
Now, we are experiencing an audit of these freedoms. They are under threat yet again. We are being questioned, whether we still value and want these freedoms, or if we’re ready to give up.
What do you want?
I am asking you to be clear about what you want. If you value being able to choose everything in your life, having options, being free, being safe and secure, then be clear, and say that you value freedom. Stand up for freedom and fight for freedom. Because if you don’t, you’ll lose it. If things don’t directly impact you now, they will, eventually. We live on the same Earth, and we are subject to the same – sooner or later.
The responsibility is on each and every one of us, to do something. If you have $50 dollars to give, do it. What would you spend it on otherwise? If you have things to donate, do it. If you have a community to empower, do it. There are too many bad things going on in the world. Do something.
Thank you for being a part of this project.
